MARYAN ANDRUSENKO
Founder of the Ukrainian Ecostations Network
Maryan has extensive experience in marketing and producing international projects. He is a certified expert in permaculture and birdwatching, and a pioneer in promoting biodiversity for communities in Ukraine. He is also a social investor and the founder of several environmental projects.
Maryan is responsible for providing the strategic vision for the activities of the Ukrainian Ecostations Network.

OLGA ANDRUSENKO
Founder of the Ukrainian Ecostations Network
Olga holds a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration as well as a Master's in Banking. She is the founder of an international IT company that has been a successful business partner across various markets for over 15 years. Olga has completed a certified permaculture course, is actively involved in regenerative agriculture, and is a social investor. She is also the founder of several environmental projects.
Olga is responsible for strategic management at the Ukrainian Ecostations Network.

BOHDAN POPOV
Head of the Ukrainian Ecostations Network, Director of Scientific Unit “Ecological Research Station “Hlyboki Balyky”
Ecologist (M.Sc.), teacher of ecology, blacksmith, permaculture designer and teacher, and ecological sanitation and water management expert. A developer of closed-loop wastewater treatment systems and rainwater collection systems for household and agricultural use. Bohdan is the curator of the scientific and educational programs at the Ukrainian Ecostations Network.

ANNA LIANNA
Coordinator of the Ecostation Network
Anna has a Master's degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection (NaUKMA) and over 15 years of experience in internal communications and project coordination.
At the Ukrainian Ecostations Network, Anna is responsible for coordinating the activities of the joint network — the development and implementation of joint ecostation projects, events, and initiatives for development.

NADIIA CHYKISH
Administrative Manager
Nadiia has over 15 years of experience in administrative management and project coordination in the private sector. She has held executive positions with a focus on workflow management, team management, and partnership development. Her expertise includes HR management, budgeting, strategic planning, analytics, and business process improvement. Nadiia is skilled at working with CRM systems, developing and implementing marketing strategies, negotiating, and ensuring the efficient operational management of organizations.
At the Ukrainian Ecostations Network, Nadiia is responsible for organizing internal processes, providing administrative support to the projects, and maintaining effective team communication, contributing to the organization's growth and expansion.

SUZANNA TYMOCHKO
Public Relations and Strategic Communications Specialist
Suzanna has over 10 years of experience in communications, focusing on ecology, finance, and politics.

KATERYNA STAVNIICHUK
Strategy and Operations Consultant
Kateryna has over 15 years of experience in public administration, civil society organizations, and the private sector. She has held executive positions with a focus on strategic planning, project management, organizational development, and partnership building. Her expertise includes managing international technical assistance projects, digital transformation of public services, quality assessment, and anti-corruption initiatives. Additionally, Kateryna is skilled in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
At the Ukrainian Ecostations Network, Kateryna is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive growth, and achieve organizational objectives.

YEVGEN CHUPRYNA
Lawyer
Yevgen is a highly qualified lawyer with over 15 years of experience in international law, compliance, and corporate governance. His main areas of expertise include business structuring, regulatory compliance, and building partnerships across various jurisdictions. He has extensive experience in financial regulations, environmental protection legislation, implementing international standards of environmental responsibility, and advising on complex cross-border legal matters in these fields.
At the Ukrainian Ecostations Network, Yevgen provides legal support, ensuring the organization’s compliance with both international and local regulations. He also assists with strategic initiatives and operational management.

GANNA KLYMENKO-SOLOVIOVA
Grant Projects Specialist
Ganna has extensive experience in fundraising, project management and organization of events for NGOs and volunteer projects both in Ukraine and internationally. She also brings 11 years of management experience in business development from Swiss companies.
At the Ukrainian Ecostations Network, Ganna is responsible for developing grant applications and communicating with partners.

VIKTORIA LUKYANCHENKO
Accountant
She has over 10 years of experience in accounting, having worked in regulatory bodies, as well as in trade, manufacturing, public services, and non-profit organizations.
At MEY, Viktoria is responsible for the full scope of accounting support: maintaining financial records, preparing internal and external reports, ensuring compliance of financial transactions with legislation, and assisting the team with financial planning.

VERONICA KOLOMIETS
Administrative Coordinator of the Scientific Unit “Ecological Research Station Hlyboki Balyky”
In her work, Veronica combines artistic practices, eco-education, and cultural initiatives, fostering a deep connection between people and nature. She has extensive experience in permaculture design and integrates this knowledge into community projects and educational programs.
Her main responsibilities include coordinating the administrative activities of the Hlyboki Balyky Ecostation, overseeing planning, logistics, and event organization, as well as leading author’s art workshops, weaving, and pottery.

OLEKSANDRA ASHRAPOVA
Partnership Manager
A strategist in sustainable development and the creation of synergistic partnerships, a mentor guiding others toward authenticity and value-based leadership. She has over 14 years of experience working on socially significant and environmental projects at the international, national, regional, and local levels.
Throughout her professional path, Oleksandra has collaborated with domestic, foreign, and international government programs, NGOs, foundations, private companies, media, and communities. She has held roles such as head, program and portfolio coordinator, consultant, facilitator, trainer, mentor, and expert. Her work has focused on strengthening civil society organizations, supporting the growth of responsible business, and contributing to the reform of Ukraine’s Public Broadcaster, where she managed fundraising activities.
At Ukrainian Ecostations Network, Oleksandra is responsible for strategic partnership development and financial sustainability.
